Printed by the Italian Book Company in New York, this 1905 print has a risque image of a lady, clad only in the jangling jewelry of a belly dancer, and is inscribed in the upper right corner “Compliments of Leopold Brolinski Pierwszorzedny Saloon Swierze Piwo, Wodki, Wina, Likiery i Madre Cygara 122 22nd Street Niagara Falls, N. Y.” Pierwszorzedny is Polish for excellent. This calendar has a partial month pad and metal strips attached to the top and bottom edges. It measures about 20 inches tall by 15 inches wide and is in excellent condition with some creases, edge wear, and a small puncture in the lower left. It is nicely displayed in a period walnut shadow box frame. Rare to find these with a calendar, let alone with the metal strips top and bottom. Came from a private collection. 17015-71UTP
