Just the right size for a small country store display, this open-back pine counter has a dark walnut finish and dates to around 1900. It has a single recessed panel on the front, flat pillars at the ends, and single panels on the sides. I believe it is pine that has been stained dark. The back is open, with a floor and one shelf. The top consists of three thick, wide tongue-and-groove planks. The counter measures 32 inches tall, 59 and a half inches wide, and 34 and a half inches deep, and is in excellent condition with a newer refinish. There are some deep scratches on the top that have been blended into the finish with the restorer. Due to the size and/or fragility of this item, pickup arrangements must be made.
