Dating from 1931 or 1932, this Chevrolet Tail Light is in great shape with the original mounting bracket and tag bracket. The tail light has the stop light, running light, license light, and the iconic Chevrolet bow tie. The light itself measures five inches tall by 3 inches wide and contains two screws that holds the bezel to the housing. The tag bracket is stamped ‘Chevlite’ just above the license plate. Speaking of license plates, the tag that is bolted on this piece is marked ‘Indiana 1936’. The tag has some minor chips in it and it is cracked by the upper left mounting hole and just above the zero. On the top of the tail light, it is also stamped ‘Chevlite’ in the chrome.
