It is dated 9-46 in the lower right corner, so it was made just after World War II ended. The spark plug, along with the “Blue Crown Husky” and “Spark Plugs” is embossed, as is the outer lip of the curved corner frame. Minor chips with paint loss are limited to the outer edges, with a small chip to the upper left of the spark plug. A minor bend is along the top edge and at the lower left corner.
