1948 Coca Cola Kay for Hospitality Litho Cardboard

Times were great in 1948, as shown by this Kay display cardboard sign. It features five teenagers around a cinderblock fire pit cooking hot dogs and enjoying an ice cold Coca Cola! The teens are dressed in sweaters and two of the boys have their sleeves rolled up, so could be early spring or late fall time frame. In the upper left corner it reads “Coke…for Hospitality” with the iconic red button below with Coca-Cola and Coke. The sign is marked “Copyright 1948 The Coca-Cola Company” in the lower left corner and “Snyder & Black Inc. N. Y. Litho, In U. S. A.” in the lower right. At one time this beautiful cardboard was not in a frame, the outer corners are showing some wear and the cardboard is starting to spread apart. Some minor scratches are on the face of the cardboard in various places, but do not detract from the beauty of this rare cardboard. We have added a period correct Kay fame to make this great piece easy for you to display. This is an oversized shippable item. Please contact us for shipping quote. 18661-UPP
