1950 Coca Cola Take Some Home Double Sided Cardboard Kay

Making the most of an advertisement, this 1950/1951 Coca Cola cardboard features a pretty girl celebrating with the words “Take some home today”, and on the reverse side features another pretty girl holding a paintbrush with the words “Home Refreshment”. The celebration side was to be displayed during the months of January to April 1950, and the store owner would flip the cardboard over and place it back inside the Kay Frame to have the “Home Refreshment” displayed during the months of May to August 1951. A small punch hole can be seen in the upper left corner of the cardboard, but the rest looks very clean and sharp. The wooden Kay Frame is complete with the side spindles and the metal medallion on the bottom. The original gold paint has chipped away slightly over the years. The cardboard measures sixteen by twenty-seven inches. 19379-TTP
