Thermometers are the workaholics when it comes to signs! Always mounted outside in the hot summer and cold winter, they seemed to take more abuse than your normal advertising metal sign. We won’t even talk about the signs that got to spend their life inside! But from the looks of this beautiful Pepsi thermometer, it was well cared for and was an inside thermometer. It is marked “M-233 Made In U.S.A. RA-57” on the bottom lip, which decodes to a 1957 production date. The colors are vivid and sharp, with just a few small marks on the bottom of the thermometer. The Pepsi Cola bottle cap is embossed, with “The Light Refreshment” below it. The outer lip has some minor chipping on the right side, with some slight wear around the mounting holes. It measures twenty-seven inches tall by seven and a quarter inches wide. This one is in great shape and will add nicely to your collection! 19315-RPP
