This clean powder tin has a metal top and bottom and cardboard sides and dates from the 1930’s and appears to be NOS. It is decorated in blue and silver with a shield emblem on the front inscribed “Golden Rule Talcum Infant Powder soothing, refreshing from the laboratories of The Citizens’ Wholesale Supply Co. Columbus, Ohio, U. S. A.” It measures about five inches tall by two and a half inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with a couple of light scuffs and minor staining. 9517-51EW
