This has never been used and is a piece of Halloween History you don’t want to miss. Shown in the Vintage Halloween book, it describes it as Beistle (with no mark), it says that it was earlier than 1933 but it was not released as a stand-alone hat until that year. Graphics are wild with little girls with butterfly wings, walking a rat and carrying a lit pumpkin. One side shows a large black pumpkin with smoke coming out the top. On another side it shows two little girls carrying a lit pumpkins on a rope. I unfolded for the photo and it is mint with the crepe points at the top with just some small bends from being stored all of these years. 3.25″ x 11.5″ inches. 2073-U
