This fantastic old figural advertising paperweight shaped like a buffalo was made for the Buffalo Insurance Company in the mid-20th century. This buffalo is cast in metal with a dark bronze finish and excellent detail. Both sides of the oval base are embossed with the words “BUFFALO INSURANCE CO.” The red fabric trim on the bottom has worn over the years.
