Dating from the first quarter of the 20th century, this extremely large, scarce candy jar, made by Tiffin in the Columbia pattern, has a footed base and a swirled cone top. Once a common sight in candy stores, these large jars are perfect for storing flour or sugar. The jar measures 16 inches tall by about 6 inches in diameter at the shoulder and is in near mint condition. It is an early machine made jar with no chips or cracks.
