This scarce art deco style oval serving tray was manufactured by American Art Works and dates from the 1920’s or 1930’s. It has a quaint image of a Colonial gentleman offering a piece of gum to a lady with a parasol as they stand on a veranda. It is inscribed “Mo-Jo Pure White Chewing Gum Chicle Products Company Newark, N.J.” The tray measures about twelve and three quarters inches tall by sixteen inches wide and is in excellent condition with surface crazing and discoloration. 15449-51WYP
