You have to check out this really cool swivel soap dispenser that was mounted in Conoco service station bathrooms! It mounts directly to the wall and when the customer pulls down on the handle, it dispenses soap into their waiting hand. The chrome is in good shape for the age with some slight roughness on the surface. We do not have the key to unlock the bottom. It is marked “G. H. Packwood Mfg. Co. St. Louis, Mo.
