Made to commemorate the 1927 Transatlantic flight, this pinback button features a picture of pilot Clarence Chamberlin along with a small metal plane hanging from a ribbon attached to the celluloid button. Clarence was only the second man to pilot a fixed wing aircraft across the Atlantic Ocean, from New York to Europe, while carrying a passenger. The button has slightly faded over the years, with the red color not as bright. The hanging metal plane is missing one front wheel, with the other bent over. Super cool piece of history. 20131
