This unique Coca-Cola collectible is an Electric Toaster/Sandwich Press manufactured around 1930. A sandwich, ready for toasting, was placed in the heated press, and the Coca-Cola script was toasted on the bread. Even though the Sandwich Press separated “Coca” and “Cola,” the famous hyphen still appears in the correct position after the “a” in “Coca.” This Sandwich Press is in good condition for age and use and features the original electric cord. Minor oxidation chips are on the upper lid portion and around the outer edge of the base. Typical marks inside show use, as this was a popular choice at the soda fountain. 21147-OOP
