If you want something to grab your attention, look no further than this beautiful sign from 1951! Produced for the Canadian market, it is super rare that we were able to find it. The focal point is the huge hobble skirt bottles of Coca Cola in a cardboard six pack container with “Drink Coca Cola” on the sides and “Coke” on the end. The bottom of the sign reads “Take Home A Carton” in yellow letters on a red background. The outer edge of this tin sign is self framed, and we have mounted it to a plywood back to help display it. While we are speaking of edges, the outer edge has some small paint chips and scratches, with the outer corners seeing most of the dents. You can see some small chips in the red background at the base of the sign along with a few chips in the upper right corner of the carton container. A few chips to the right of the bottle can be seen with a scratch in the upper right. This amazing sign is marked “Made In Canada – 1951 – CCC” in the lower left edge.
