The chrome base attached to the wall, and the glass top held liquid soap. The decal on the glass top has worn off, and the chrome is pitted in a few places, but it works with ease. The fill top has some chipping on it and could be repainted if so desired. The glass is free of chips and cracks, and it would be a great addition to your man cave or service station collection.
