If you love seeing advertising in old pictures, you have to check this great black and white store front picture out! At the top of the glass you can see “Drink Coca-Cola” and “Confectionery” on the store front glasses, with “Soda” and “Coca-Cola” on the smaller glass leading into the store. At the bottom of the glass, you can see “Myer’s Ice Cream” on the left and “Confectionery” on the right. On the glass doors, you can see “Beech-Nut Chewing Gum” decals on both doors, along with “Tootsie Rolls” and “Welch’s” decals on the doors. The left side of the store front has trophies in the windows, and the right side shows boxes of “Diana Chocolates”! This black and white picture has been mounted to a decorative backer to lengthen the life of the photo. On the back it is written “Bay St. Stapleton Staton Island” in pencil. The corners of the backer are worn, but you could easily trim and frame for your collection. 18509-TP
