Manufactured by the Erie Specialty Company in Erie, PA. in the late teens and early 1920s, the model 10 ice cream scoop is made of nickel plated brass with a wooden handle and has an unusual center mounted wiper that spins 360 degrees when the lever is pressed. It measures 11 1/4 inches long with a 2 3/4 inch wide bowl. This example is in excellent working condition with minor surface nicks and dings and loss of the finish on the wooden handle. 3715-71RP
