This excellent example of a 1920s directional sign allowed motorists to find General Auto Repair Works while traveling through Belgrade, Montana. The embossed tin sign features a yellow background with raised black letters and an outer border. It measures 6.5 inches tall by 28.25 inches long with an extended finger. The colors are sharp on this great sign, with a lovely gloss throughout. Some chipping is on the outer edges with paint loss, a scratch/dent on the hand, and some dings above the word “Auto”.
