Agriculture signs are super hard to come by these days, but this beauty can be yours! This Pioneer Seed Corn sign would have hung on the side of the general store and let farmers know that the best hybrid seed corn was sold there. Measuring fifty-two inches long by twenty-nine inches tall, it is much larger than the normal ones we see, which makes it very rare. The letters are embossed on this tin sign, and the colors are amazing. It is marked “Stout Sign Co., 319 W. Jefferson St., Louisville, KY. ” in the lower right corner. The outer edges have some minor chipping with paint loss, along with a slight discoloration in the finish. It appears to be limited to the outer edge and has not tarnished the center section of the sign. This sign is extremely thin, as it is made of tin, and it is very flimsy. Some bends can be seen in the face of the sign due to the material. We don’t see any major issues, just typical handling marks over the years. This is an oversized shippable item.
