Wonderful golden oak showcase with original finish. This heavily built oak framed counter top showcase was manufactured by the Seaside Park Boat and Marine Supply Company in Seaside Park, NJ. and dates from the 1910s or 1920s. It has a single rear door and there are decals above the front and side glasses inscribed “Suplec – Biddle Hardware Company Philadelphia, PA., U.S.A.” There is a round hole in the center of the case floor so it may have had some type of rotating display originally. At some point a wooden false floor was placed inside the case to raise the bottom level up to side glass height and two glass shelves have been added. The showcase measures thirty-one inches tall by twenty-four inches square and is in excellent condition with its original finish and glass. This item is larger than UPS will allow.
