Dating from the 1920s, this nickel plated brass “Ice Cream Pie” scoop was designed to cut rectangular blocks for ice cream sandwiches. It is embossed “Ice Cream Pie – United Products Corp. Chelsea, Mass.” on the side. The scoop measures 7 3/4 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide and is in good condition with wear through to the brass base metal on the sides and a missing plunger knob. 3707-71QTP
