Stamped with a 1925 patent date, the “Jiffy Dispenser” was designed to make ice cream sandwiches. It is made of nickel plated brass with a wooden handle and a lever actuated plunger to push out the squares of ice cream. The slight curve of the scoop allows it to scrape ice cream from the walls of the round cardboard containers. It measures abut 12 1/2 inches long by 4 1/2 inches wide. This example is in excellent working condition with minor spot of corrosion and small nicks and scratches. 3703-71QWT
