This deliveries a scoop of ice ream you will wow over. Useable today and will hold up! This unusual “springless” ice cream scoop was made by Dover Manufacturing Company and dates from the 1920s. Instead of a spring loaded lever to actuate the wiper, it has 2 levers, controlled by thumb and forefinger, to swing the wiper back and forth. The scoop is made of nickel plated brass with a nickel silver bowl and a wooden handle. It measures 10 3/4 inches long with a 2 5/8 inch diameter bowl and is in excellent working condition with areas of surface wear to the brass. 3705-71RP
