Manufactured by the Hayes Lithographing Company in Buffalo, NY. in the early 20th century, this cute wood-handled paper fan has a colorful image of a little boy riding in a wooden cart pulled by a rooster. The back of the fan is inscribed “Bound to Have It International Ice Cream.” The fan measures 13 3/8 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide and is in excellent condition with minor edge wear, some staining, and light discoloration on the back. 20670-71YT
