Patented in 1928, this Benedict “Indestructo” ice cream scoop is made of nickel plated brass with a wooden handle and has a smaller, 1 7/8 inch diameter bowl for smaller servings. The thumb lever is embossed “30 To A Quart,” indicating the size of the bowl.
