Made of nickel plated brass with a nickel silver bowl, this early 20th century ice cream scoop has cast into the handle “Geer Mfg. Co. Troy, N.Y.” on 1 side and “Clipper Disher pat. Feb. 7, 05” on the the other. An unusual feature of this scoop is the double wiper in the bowl. It also has a hole for hanging cast into the handle. It measures 10 1/4 inches long with a 3 inch wide bowl. This example is in excellent working condition with several small dings in the bowl and surface wear through to the brass on the lever. 3712-71QPP
