Manufactured by Raymond Gilchrist in the 1920s, the model #31 is the quintessential ice cream scoop. Made of nickel plated brass with a wooden handle, it is embossed “Gilchrist’s No 31” on the lever. This example measures 10 1/2 inches long with a smaller, 2 inch diameter bowl and is in excellent working condition with a ding in the bowl and lots of wear on the nickel surface from years of use. 3698-71WP
