I know that this is a strange combination of a advertising fan for Ice Cream with a child and a rooster…but it is wonderful. Manufactured by Hayes Lithographing Company in Buffalo, NY. in the early 20th century, this wooden handled paper fan has a colorful image of a young boy riding on a wooden cart being pulled by a rooster. The back is inscribed “Bound to Have It International Ice Cream.” The fan measures 13 1/4 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide and is in excellent condition with minor edge and surface wear on the front and a few stains and light discoloration on the back. 16661-71YT
