Coming to us from Davenport Iowa, this glass pig paperweight was compliments of J. N. Reimers, a distributor of the “Best Pig Forceps” as written on the base of this figure. The figure is hallow inside, and has a small hole under the pig’s snout. The hole is slightly rough, and a few small cracks can be seen. The Reimer name is closely connected with the history of Davenport and Iowa, and we date this from the early 1900’s. 19673-QTP
