He patented this bookcase in 1876, the same year he started the John Danner Manufacturing Company. The company was moved to Canton, Ohio, in 1890 and sold this type of bookcase worldwide. It rotates on a steel shaft and can hold many books for your reading enjoyment. It is stamped by John Danner Mfg. Co. on one shelf.
