This clock has never been taken apart, it still has the original seal between the reverse painted glass and aluminum band. Dating from the 1960’s, this clock was produced by Advertising Products, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. What made this clock last was how the clock face is reverse painted and baked into the glass consistent with other Advertising Products faces will not age because it is a baked face.
