Each region of the country has different designs, which is evident with this large rooster. This type of weathervane would adorn a farmer’s barn or home. The rooster atop this weathervane is made of copper and is eighteen inches long by twenty-one inches tall. His feet appear to touching the directional arrow, which measures twenty-four inches long. The rooster is very detailed and has a hollow body to save on weight. A North/South iron directional is below and mounted to an iron pole.
