Just like the New England Bell Telephone Company sign we have, this New Jersey Bell Telephone Company porcelain sign is just as rare. This double sided porcelain sign features the Bell System logo on one side of this sign with an arrow pointing toward the nearest “Public Telephone”. “New Jersey Bell Telephone Company”, along with “American Telephone Telegraph Co.” wraps around the Bell System logo. Six original aluminum grommets are across the top and bottom of this double sided sign. Some minor chipping has occurred along the edges of this sign with a porcelain blemish between the ‘l’ & ‘c’ in Public on the side with the Bell logo on the left. The opposite side looks great with just some minor edge wear. It is super rare to find the Bell telephone signs, especially in this amazing shape! 18997-YTP
