If you are one of our younger collectors, glass quart bottles were a staple in gas stations between 1910 and 1934. These bottles were filled from a large drum and allowed the attendants an easy way to add a quart of oil to your vehicle while they pumped your gas. This quart bottle has the iconic Sunoco colors on the front, with embossed letters above and on the reverse. It also includes a metal screw on spout which allowed the attendant to pour right from the bottle, no funnel needed! This bottle is in great shape with some typical wear and on the sides and some darkness on the yellow Sunoco colors. 20681-OP
