Each customer had is private mug with his work or hobby and inscribed with his name.This example, inscribed “Don. T. Kelly” in gold above a hand decorated image of a steam locomotive, indicates that he was a railroad employee, perhaps an engineer. The shaving mug measures 3 5/8 inches tall by 3 5/8 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with wear on the gold trim around the rim and base. 17334-81QQP
