Hard to find with its original label, this tall, narrow, mold blown clear glass pickle bottle is embossed “Patented Aug. 20, 1901” on the bottom. The label on the front is inscribed “Our Pride Brand Sour Spiced Pickles prepared by Gast. Crofts & Co. Louisville, Ky. U. S. A.” An unusual feature of the bottle is that it retains its original glass lid. The bottle measures nine inches tall by two and three quarters inches wide and is in excellent condition. There is a half inch long chip on the rim or the lid and there is soiling, wear, and loss on the labels. 16391-71ET
