Designed to prevent slipping, Vacuum Cup Tires were designed and produced by Pennsylvania Rubber Company. This glass ashtray is in fantastic condition and features the iconic vacuum cup around the outside. It is marked “Pennsylvania Rubber Co.” and “Jeannette, PA.” with its logo in the middle. The side of the tire is marked “Vacuum Cup Cord” and “33 X 5”. The blue glass is free of chips and cracks and appears unused. 20784-RP
