This sign was produced during World War II, and since metal was earmarked for all war efforts, this sign was produced in aluminum, because that was all that was available at the time. Very simple in design, it features multiple Pepsi-Cola bottle caps leaping out to you from a point far on the horizon. The end cap is a double dot Pepsi-Cola cap, with just one word on the sign, “tops…”. It has six mounting holes around the outer edge of the sign that do not look as if they were ever used, and the ends are rounded. Some minor discoloration on the left side, along with a spot in the upper right. It is marked “M-132” in the lower left, and “Made In U. S. A.” in the lower right.
