Dating from the 1960’s, this cool “Have a Pepsi” sign is a lit cabinet sign with a plastic face and a heavy metal case body. The front of this sign is made of heavy plastic with the colorful Pepsi-Cola bottle cap on the right side and “Have a Pepsi” on the left side. When the sign is lit, the yellow background lights up nicely, and you can see drops of water on the yellow background! Some light scratches can be seen on the plastic face. The face is on a hinge that opens upward to change the bulb inside. Some bends are on the very bottom part of the sign where the screw locks are. The metal sides are a different metal than the rest of the cabinet and have some tarnish on them. It is marked “Tel-A-Sign Inc. Chicago, IL 60632” on the right side of the cabinet. The electric cord has some paint on it and has been repaired, hence the electrical tape near the plug end. It can be hung by brackets on the back or the added wire.
