Seiberling Tire may not ring a bell when you talk about tire history, but the owner in fact founded Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company! Frank Seiberling founded Goodyear in 1898 and was the company’s president until 1921 when the company was refinanced and reorganized. Frank and his brother Charles founded Seiberling Tires in 1921. This metal tire display is marked “Seiberling All-Treads” with their logo on one side. The other has a metal rod connecting the hinged tire stand. The stand measures nine inches tall by sixteen inches wide by nine inches deep. The outer edges of the stand have some small chips with paint loss, and the face of the stand has a few light scratches. An original Seiberling White Wall Tire is included with the stand to make this look just like it would be sitting outside your local service station. This is an oversized shippable item.
