This NOS Vulcanizing tool dates from the first half of the 20th century and is made of cast iron. It is basically a clamping device used for attaching hot vulcanized patches to inner tubes. It has a storage compartment in the base with three new vulcanizing patches. It measures 4 1/2″ tall by 2 1/2″ wide and is in near mint condition, appearing to be unused. 14327-31T
