When you arrived at your local gas station years ago, they asked which octane fuel you wanted, standard or premium. Unlike today, the attendant dispensed standard octane from one gas pump and premium octane from a different pump. This porcelain gas pump plate is dated 1954 and is from that era. It is marked “Standard Red Crown” above the Standard logo, complete with the red torch. This porcelain pump plate measures 15 inches tall by 12 inches wide and is in fantastic shape. A small chip is in the lower left corner. This plate has sharp gloss and excellent colors and is affordable as well. 21015-IT
