A staple in many grocery stores in the 1950’s, this two sided metal string holder hung above the cash register area so the cashier could tie your packages together with ease when you finished your shopping. The colorful graphics grabbed your attention, with “Take Home” above a six pack container of Coke, and “In Cartons” written below. Some minor scratches are on the metal signs with a bend or two. One side has some minor paint loss where it is bent, but the gloss on both sides look great, as do the graphics. Some slight chipping on the outer white edges and the metal work inside.
