Texaco Bank Figural Fat Man 1950 1960

This great little hard plastic bank dates from the 1950s or 1960s and was a free premium, given to customers of Texaco service stations. It is made in the shape of a plump, smiling, service attendant in his green uniform and cap. The bank measures about five inches tall by three and a half inches wide and is in excellent condition with some crazing and loss on the Texaco “Star” decals on his shirt and cap. There is a coin slot on the back of his neck and a larger oval opening, which is missing its cover, on his back for removing coins or adding paper money. 16302-71QET
