Dating from the 2nd quarter of the 20th century, this large whisk was most likely used at a commercial bakery originally. It has a soldered wire head and a wooden handle inscribed “Winter’s Dry Paste Wall Size I. B. Winter & Co. 2737 Fulton St., – Chicago, ILL.” The whisk measures 15 3/4 inches long by 2 5/8 inches wide and is in excellent condition with some light surface rust on the collar and finish crazing on the handle. 1379-QT
