“It’ll tickle yore innards” is the famous slogan on this 1966 Mountain Dew embossed metal sign that is referred to by collectors as the Mountain Dew “Hillbilly” sign. It measures 17.25 inches tall by 35 inches wide, features a raised outer frame, and is marked “Stout Sign Co., St. Louis, MO.” along the bottom edge. It is also dated “11-66” on the same line, and features embossed “Mountain Dew” letters in the center of the sign. The center field of this graphic sign looks great, with sharp colors and a nice gloss. The outer self-framed edge has small chips along the outer edge, a small bend along the top edge, and a wrinkle along the bottom edge just before the markings.
