This brightly colored tin counter top display stand dates from the 1920’s and held boxes of Beech – Nut Fruit Drops Candy. It is gold anodized with blue panels on the front and sides decorated with images of citrus fruits and herbs. The eight flavors of drops available are printed on the front of the display: lemon, lime, orange, anise, peppermint, wintergreen, clove, and cinnamon. The candies came in rolls like Lifesavers. The display measures about twelve inches tall by thirteen inches wide by nine and a half inches deep and is in excellent condition with some fading and nicks and scratches.
