It is very rare to find general store advertising designed to reach a specific market. This beautiful Tri-Fold full color die cut display is advertising Bickmore’s Gall Cure ointment for horses and cattle. It helps heal different ailments including wounds and sores that occur on a farm. The left side shows horses working, while the right side shows bulls getting hung up in barbed wire. The center section shows a farmer holding a can of Bickmore’s with his horse beside him. Some wear can be seen on the upper parts of the horses ears, with the left ear having been repaired on the reverse. Archival tape has been used on the reverse side to keep the outer folds attached for ease of display.
